Baroness, OBE entrepreneur and all-round girl boss Michelle Mone joined GLAMOUR's editor-in-chief Jo Elvin and Entertainment Director Helen Whittaker for this week's Hey It's OK podcast where she admitted to changing her wardrobe whens she began working at the House of Lords.
Reflecting back on her first day, the lingerie queen said:"I wore a dress above the knee, showed a bit of cleavage and it was sleeveless too. And I was quickly told 'no, no, no that is not how you dress.'"

The 45-year-old and mother-of-three, who has just launched her latest venture Michelle Mone Interiors, then explained her views on workplace dressing, saying that it very much depends on the job you're doing.
"If you're working at a solicitors office you can't really turn up with training shoes on and short skirts and everything else," she explained. "For me, I tend to have a very set way on how I dress for the House of Lords."
However, that hasn't stopped her from dressing the way she wants for the business side of her career. "In business, I was always encouraging women to be themselves and to feel sexy. For a board meeting I'd get a blow dry. I wasn't too frightened to show my cleavage because I was in that businesses," she added.
"If I don't feel sexy, confident or good with what I'm wearing in a business meeting or to go to make deals, I will not perform."
Mone, who is a global speaker and mentor (seriously, is there anything she can't do?!) also shared a message of inspiration to the podcast listeners, saying: "I've left school at 15 with no qualification and now I'm a Baroness at the house of lords and was brought up in a working class area. So I think to al the kids out there, you can do it too."
She also discussed her views on dark horses and what she really thinks about having a plan B.
