The internet couldn't help but laugh over The Great British Bake Off contestant Julia's "Snail under a Mushroom" showstopper bread bake, which definitely looked a bit phallic. And by "a bit" we mean "a LOT".
In arguably the smuttiest week ever seen on Bake Off (and that's saying something), Bread Week saw some truly degree-level "doughball" entendres, but ultimately it was the snail loaf that made everyone collapse into childish screams.
It didn't stop Julia winning Star Baker though: lovely Steven, Star Baker for the previous two weeks, made arguably the best Bread Week showstopper with a beautiful bread handbag (which looked like an actual handbag unlike Stacey's terrible clutch from Week 1), but had a 'mare in the two previous rounds which saw him out of competition.
But despite Julia's perfect flavours in her three well-baked loaves, nobody could really get past the fact that her snail just looked like a massive wang.
And by nobody, we don't just mean the audience: Paul Hollywood nearly had a breakdown he was laughing so much.
Good lord man, calm down!
So much so that Prue (who we're loving more and more as the weeks progress) had to turn to him and crisply ask: "Are you going to pull yourself together?"
In other great news, Noel and Sandy FINALLY made the "PruePaul's Drag Race" joke that Twitter has been reliving joyously since the show began and *scream* – once the Bake Off account tweeted it, the official RuPaul's Drag Race account joined in.
AND WE DIED.
There was a Twin Peaks joke as well that saw the Twin Peaks Twitter account join in, but this was DRAG RACE for heaven's sake, so sorry Twinners, but you were overshadowed by shaaaaaade.
